A forgotten chapter of Finnish Death Metal history... finally restored! Spawned in Turku in 1992, CEREBRUM remain one of the most overlooked names of Finland's early '90s Death Metal scene. Arriving just as many of their contemporaries were beginning to fade away or change direction, the band left behind a small yet remarkable body of work that perfectly captured the transition from uncompromising Old School Death Metal into darker, more melodic and progressive territories. Drawing inspiration from Death, Morbid Angel, Entombed, Carcass, Obituary and Xysma, while later embracing the adventurous spirit of Edge Of Sanity, Phlebotomized, Amorphis and Sentenced, Cerebrum crafted a sound that deserves to be rediscovered.

Subtly remastered by Tuomas Virtanen from the original recordings.
